This new mineral water and wine bar looks like it's poised to become a new preferred meeting spot in Ebisu. Occupying the central court of the new Glass Square shopping complex - near the entrance to Yebisu Garden Place - it's spacious, open and airy, with plenty of comfortable sofas as well as a few dozen barstools surrounding the huge bar area.
There's a reasonably priced wine list, with several wines by the glass, but the mineral water list is the most impressive feature here. Thirty different varieties - sparkling and still - from Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Scotland and Norway. This is just the place to relax and rehydrate yourself after a thirsty afternoon of shopping.
