The first floor is a combination cafe and shop, with handicrafts, fabrics and tableware along with loose tea and coffee beans for sale, and pho (noodle soup) and desserts on the menu.
Up on the second floor is the Cay Tre Vietnamese restaurant, and the third floor houses offices of the government tourist office and the Vietnam Airlines tour desk, along with a trade office. There's even a nearby annex selling furniture.
